YOUTH T-BALL

3-4 Yr Olds & 5-6 Yr Olds

April 11-June 6, 2026

Teams separated by 3-4 yr. olds &  5-6 yr. olds
Cost: $90 per Player / $95 after March 14th (Cash/Check/Visa Online Only) No refunds after 1st game. BYE game 5/23 (Memorial Day Weekend)

Program includes: Basic training, team t-shirts, team hat, pictures, awards, 1 practice a week and 8 regular season games.

  • WHAT ARE THE AGES FOR TEE-BALL?
    We have two age divisions – one for 3 & 4 year olds and another for 5 & 6 year olds. All abled 2-1/2 years olds and just turning 7-year-olds can participate.
  • CAN MY CHILD PLAY UP A DIVISION?
    A younger player may move up to the older group just check off the older group on the registration form.
  •  CAN I REQUEST A PLAYER OR TEAM COACH?
    Yes. When you fill out the registration form there is a line for you to request both.
  • WHERE ARE PRACTICES AND GAMES PLAYED?
    All practices and games are played at CrossCity Christian Church.
  • WHAT DAYS ARE GAMES AND PRACTICES?
    All Games are played on Saturdays they will vary throughout the day from 8:30am – 2:00pm. All Practice days and times will be set by your head coach. They do their best to pick a day/time that works best for most.
  • HOW LONG IS THE SEASON?
    We will play 8 weeks of games.  We will have 1 bye weekend May 23rd Memorial Day.
  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
    No refunds are given after the first game.
  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE?
    Each player will receive a game jersey & hat (to keep),  along with a team and individual picture.
  • WHAT PLAYER EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
    A T-ball glove is mandatory, and baseball pants and cleats are recommended. We provide helmets, bats, and balls.

Men’s 4 v 4 Basketball  – 2026

Summer League: April 12th – June 14th, 2026

BYE Week: 5/24 Memorial Day

Cost: $50 per Player / $350  per team (Cash/Check/Visa Online Only) No refunds after 1st Game.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • What is open play?
    “Open play” in pickleball refers to a session where players of all skill levels can show up at a designated time to play pickleball without needing to pre-arrange matches or partners.
  • Are all skills levels welcome?
    Yes, we have a beginner court and a experienced court, all skill levels welcome.
  • Can I show up to any day and participate?
    Yes you can show up anytime Monday thru Thursday 6pm – 9pm.
  • What if I questions or needs when I arrive?
    League managers are committed to supporting play for each session in its entirety. In the event that the minimum attendance is not met (4 players) managers are within right to close courts, so please plan accordingly.
  • Do I need to purchase a paddle to play?
    As a program we provide pickleballs and loan paddles for those who don’t own one. If you’re interested in purchasing a paddle we can assist with the process of selecting one that suits your game.
  • Can I just try it once and pay later?
    All participants must go through the same sign up process which includes signing a waiver prior to taking the court. Upholding Crosscity’s principles remains the number one priority for all programs and events.

1. Tournament Overview

Q: What is the AirPitch 3v3 Tournament?
A: The AirPitch 3v3 Tournament is a fast-paced, small-sided soccer competition designed for players of all skill levels. Teams of three compete in short, high-energy matches on a specialized AirPitch field.

Q: Who can participate?
A: Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome, provided they meet the age brackets specified in the tournament registration. Teams can be co-ed unless otherwise specified.


2. Registration & Eligibility

Q: How do I register for the tournament?
A: Registration is completed online via our tournament website. Each team must submit a roster and pay the registration fee before the deadline.

Q: Are there any eligibility requirements?
A: Players must fall within the age brackets listed for their division. Players may not be registered for multiple teams in the same division.


3. Tournament Format & Rules

Q: How is the tournament structured?
A: Teams are divided into pools for round-robin play. Top teams from each pool advance to knockout rounds, culminating in a championship match.

Q: How long is each game?
A: Games are 20-minute games with a running clock.

Q: How many players are on the field?
A: Each team fields 3 players at a time, plus maximum of 2 substitutes for rotations.

Q: Are there special rules for AirPitch?
A: Yes! The AirPitch is a small-sided, enclosed field. Rules include:

  • No slide tackles
  • The ball remains in play off the walls
  • Quick substitutions on-the-fly.

4. Equipment & Uniforms

Q: What equipment do players need?
A: Players should bring:

  • Cleats suitable for turf
  • Shin guards (mandatory)
  • Team uniform or matching shirts
  • Water bottle

Q: Is a specific ball provided?
A: Yes, the official tournament ball is provided for all matches.

Q: Can players wear jewelry?
A: No jewelry, watches, or earrings are allowed for safety reasons.


5. Scheduling & Locations

Q: How can I find my game schedule?
A: The full schedule will be posted online 48 hours prior. Coaches will also receive email notifications.

Q: What if my team can’t make a scheduled game?
A: Please contact tournament staff immediately. Teams that forfeit may face disqualification.


6. Safety Protocols

Q: Are there any health or safety requirements?
A: Yes. All players must follow basic safety protocols:

  • Proper warm-up before matches
  • Stay hydrated
  • Follow staff instructions

Q: Are first aid and medical staff on-site?
A: Yes, certified medical personnel will be available during all matches.


7. Awards & Recognition

Q: Are there trophies or medals?
A: Yes, trophies or medals are awarded to 1st place teams in each division.

Q: Are game statistics tracked?
A: Yes, match results, standings, and stats will be updated on our tournament website in real-time.

2026 Rutherford Memorial Men’s Golf Getaway

Please join us for the 30th Annual Men’s Golf Getaway.  We will be golfing at Cypress Ridge Golf Course in Arroyo Grande, CA on July 13th & 14th.  (Registration Deadline: June 26th)

Crossfire’s Spring Registration Fee will be $155 (not paid until official registration) & includes a uniform.

YOUTH COED FLAG RUGBY 7v7 League

Flag Rugby is played 7-on-7 in a non-contact format that emphasizes passing,
teamwork, and learning the game. Players stop play by pulling a flag instead of
tackling, creating a safe, fun, and fast-paced experience that mirrors the
Olympic-style version of rugby while remaining accessible for all experience
and ability levels.

What is Flag Rugby?

Flag Rugby is played 7-on-7 in a non-contact format that emphasizes passing, teamwork, and learning the game. Players stop play by pulling a flag instead of tackling, creating a safe, fun, and fast-paced experience that mirrors the Olympic-style version of rugby while remaining accessible for all experience and ability levels.

What age divisions are offered?

We offer the following divisions:

  • 3rd & 4th Grade
  • 5th & 6th Grade

Players are grouped by grade to ensure balanced competition and appropriate skill development.

Is Flag Rugby full contact?

No. Flag rugby is 100% non-contact. There is no tackling, rucking, or scrumming. The focus is on running, passing, teamwork, and game awareness.

Can my child play up a division?

Possibly. Players may be evaluated on the first day of the program. If a child demonstrates the ability, maturity, and safety awareness to play up, we can move them into the higher division.

Can I request a specific coach or place my child on a team with friends?

Yes, you may request that your child be placed on the same team as friends. This is a recreational program, with all coaches provided by CenCal Rugby Club, and team assignments are made to promote balanced play and a positive experience for all participants.

Who coaches the teams?

All teams are coached by certified and trained coaches provided by CenCal Rugby Club, ensuring a safe, positive, and development-focused experience for all players.

Does my child need rugby experience to play?

No experience is required. Flag rugby is beginner-friendly and ideal for first-time players as well as athletes transitioning from other sports.

What skills will my child learn?

Players will develop:

  • Passing and catching
  • Running and evasion
  • Spatial awareness
  • Teamwork and communication
  • Confidence and decision-making

What equipment is required?

Players should bring:

  • Athletic clothing
  • Cleats or athletic shoes
  • Water bottle

All flags and rugby equipment are provided. Each participant also receives a flag rugby shirt as part of the program.

How long is the season?

The season runs from November 14th to December 19th. The program is held on Saturdays, with no sessions during the week of Thanksgiving.

Is Flag Rugby safe?

Yes. Flag rugby is one of the safest ways to introduce rugby concepts. The non-contact format significantly reduces injury risk while keeping the game fun and competitive.

How is playing time handled?

All players receive meaningful playing time. The emphasis is on participation, development, and enjoyment rather than wins and losses.

What if my child has never played sports before?

That’s perfectly fine. Flag rugby is an excellent entry-level sport and welcomes athletes of all backgrounds and experience levels.
